Newly built, luxurious 1st floor spacious apartment. Ideally situated only minutes walk from the beach & just off the lively picturesque town square.
The property benefits from a spacious lounge/dining room leading out onto a sizeable balcony. The balcony is also accessible from the large well equiped kitchen/diner. All 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes & double glazed windows with shutters.
We are pleased to provide flexible accomodation for 6 people in either 2 Doubles & 1 Twin, or 1 Double & 2 Twins. Please specify your preference at time of booking.
Additionally the apartment features marble floors, Video Entry System, Satellite TV, Air Conditioning and a Lift.
To the rear of the property is a private residents swimming pool with a large sun terrace & shaded pergola area.
It is our aim to provide our guests with the most trouble free, relaxing holiday experience possible. To this end, we have furnished & equipped the apartment with little extras that make the difference, Beach Towels, Bath Robes, Hi-Fi, Ice Maker etc.
