Overview
Casa Santa Monica is the perfect place to stay in Spain. Offering breathtaking views from every angle this stunning Spanish villa with private pool offers luxurious accommodation for up to 10 people.
Situated in the rugged countryside of Los Malaguenos, an Andalucian community just 20 minutes from Malaga Airport. Casa Santa Monica provides a comfortable holiday retreat for those who enjoy peace and tranquillity in a truly beautiful setting.
Accommodation
Bedrooms
There are two double en suite bedrooms and two further double bedrooms with a family bathroom. Each bedroom has beautiful views over the countryside and are accessed by two staircases, the main bedroom having its own private staircase, the other three bedrooms accessed by the main gallery staircase which also provides first floor access to the swimming pool, rear patios and barbecue.
The spacious main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have two single beds in each with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Cots are available on request.
Bathrooms
The main Bedroom ensuite has a bath and shower, his and hers wash basins and separate toilet. Bedroom 2 ensuite has a shower, wash basin and toilet. The main bathroom situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 has a large shower area, large wash basin and separate toilet.
Living Room
The property has a large and open-plan relaxing living room with Sky TV, DVD, Video player and games console. Internet access and a large integrated log burning fire can also be found here.
Dining and breakfast room
There are two dining areas, a breakfast room adjoining the kitchen and formal dining room on the east wing of the house which is accessible through the living room.
Kitchen
Fitted with all modern appliances including electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and juicer, this kitchen is a joy to use. All crockery and utensils are provided for up to twelve people.
Utility Room
Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, deep sink, ironing board and iron.
Pool Area
Above the rear patio, level with the first floor, you will find the enclosed swimming pool which is 9m x 5m x 1.5m deep with children's slide and shower area. There are sun loungers and parasols as well as spectacular views across the valley and surrounding mountains.
Outside Areas
The rear patio and the two terraces to the side and front of the villa provide the perfect place to sit and enjoy al fresco dining with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and white villages. The garden is always well maintained and offers almond and olive trees as well as bougainvillea and geraniums. To the front of the house is a long gated driveway with parking for six cars or more. The house which is secluded but not isolated is reached by a rural track 400m from the main road.
Games Room and entertainment
The games room has a full league size pool table and a dart board. Outside, the rear patio is equipped for badminton and basket ball.
NB Pool towels and beach towels are not provided. Linen is changed weekly, towels twice weekly. The pool is maintained weekly.
