The chalet has 3 double bedrooms (4 single beds and 1 double bed), a complete bath (wash-basin, videt, wc, tub), kitchen completely equipped (toaster, mixer, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, utensils ...), dining room with table and chairs, sofa chaisse-longe, TV with commander, equip hi-fi and alarms 24h. In addition, the towels and sheets are included.
The exterior is wonderful and extensive, there is 1100m2 of parking, garden, swimming pool and terraces.
From the principal terrace/viewing-point can contemplate the beach and Peñíscola's castle, given his proximity.
There is space for 2 cars inside the plot, the swimming pool (8x4m) has an automatic system of cleanliness of salty water, better much for the skin, a shower, terrace close to the swimming pool with hammocks.
The garden has automatic irrigation and is composed by: tulips, daisies, carnations, crocus, buganvilla, great quantity of rose-bushes, rosemary and thyme for the kitchen ... etc.
All the rooms have light great and the house is surrounded with landscaped zone.
In addition, also has washer and great barbecue.
