Overview

Two bedrooms apartment, 70 m2 + 2 terraces + private solarium de 44 m2 + garage + community garden and pools. The living area has a dinning-salon from where you can access to a balcony facing to the garden area. Kitchen is full equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, etc, hot water, air conditioned and everything ready to make your days here very, very comfortable. Two baths also full equipped, All with the best quality materials, please ask in advance whatever you think you could need and we will try to arrange it for you. Notice that this apartment is new construction, so every thing inside is new.This lovely complex design is a gated community with no vehicle traffic inside creating a safe environment and giving you peace of mind for your children to wander. the communal pool area is itself gated inside the complex. The apartment benefits from a large roof terrace 44 m2 catching the suns rays all day and has loungers and chairs provided.
There is also a balcony leading off the lounge area with table and chairs for you to enjoy outside meals, your morning coffee and of course that all important glass of wine in the evening.

San Javier (Murcia) 15 min. with low cost flights everyday from UK. Moreover, it has a privileged situation next to Medtiterranean motorway.
The apartments are located at the area called "Lomas Cabo Roig", is a stunning coastal town, known as the jewel of southern Costa Blanca, is characterised by its broad palm-lined avenues and landscaped gardens. The two sandy white beaches of La Caleta and Cala Capitan have both been awarded Blue Flags. La Zenia beach is just around the headland. A large open street market is held each Saturday at nearby Playa Flamenca.
. Torrevieja , a Spanish harbour town, is 15 minutes drive away.
In addition, Cabo Roig places you right in the heart of a golf lover's paradise, with the renowned Villamartí®¬ Las Ramblas, La Finca and Royal Campoamor golf courses all an easy drive away.
