Overview

The villas are located in the Garraf Park at 30 km outside Barcelona, 25 km to the Prat airport or 10 km to Castelldefels or Sitges.

Both villas are identical, they both have approximately 350 square meters, 3 rooms, 2 complete bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a very nice parlour with mountain view. Also, each villa has some 1000 square meters of garden, exterior private swimming - pool, own parking with space for 5 cars, TV (satellite), radio, CD, washing machine, oven, cooker (ceramic - glass), microwave and air conditioning in all the rooms.

Coming from the North:



Coming from France the itinerary is: Highway AP-7 direction Barcelona until the C-31 or C-32 exit. Continue on one of these roads until The Botigues, Ratpenat exit. Once you've got there you must take the Castelldefels highway which will take you to Plana Novella. When you arrive to the Plana Novella the first street you'll find on the right-hand side is the Gregal Street .



Coming from the South:

You can get there from the C-32 or C-31 highway. No matter which one you are coming from you must take the 41 exit, Them Botigues. Once you've got there you must take the Castelldefels highway which will take you to Plana Novella. When you arrive to the Plana Novella the first street you'll find on the right-hand side is the Gregal Street .



Coming from the Barcelona - Prat Airport :

Leaving the Airport, you must take the C-31 highway until the Them Botigues, Ratpenat exit. Once you've got there you must take the Castelldefels highway which will take you to Plana Novella. When you arrive to the Plana Novella the first street you'll find on the right-hand side is the Gregal Street .
