Overview
From the hallway are doors to the living area, kitchen and cloakroom.There s a comfortable lounge-dining area with a patio with table and chairs for 6. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, two double wardrobes and a large balcony with sunbeds. The twin room on the first floor is fitted with wardrobes. There is also a good-sized shower room on this floor. On the top floor is a spacious loft-room with twin beds, furniture and a private balcony with garden furniture. This balcony has stunning views over the grounds and golf course.
The shared gardens and pool are well cared for. There is also the use of a addle-tennis court on the adjacent development.

With over 300 days of sunshine a year this a the perfect holiday destination year-round. In the summer months the beaches are lively but never over-crowded. With the historic city of Seville an hour away and the Spanish Portuguese border close by there are lots of wonderful places to explore. The beaches here rival the Algarve and several are set with a back-drop of pine trees and sandy dunes. This is an idyllic area for a family holiday. Golfers can find up to 10 excellent courses within a 20-mile radius, with more planned in the future.
Huelva - the nearest large town - has historcial interest as well as a comprehensive array of shops and hypermarkets. There is a waterpark a 10-min drive from the house and also a Go-Karting track. A visit to the fishing village of El-Rompido is a must with it's white-washed houses and fabulous fish restaurants right on the water-front. El Portil has some excellent beach bars as well as a wonderful choice of local cuisine and bars. Another good trip is a little ferry from El Portil across to a beach situated across the water on a small spit of land. the whole area is also very popular with Spanish holiday-makers.
