Overview

This is 3 apartments located close together on the prestige Nueva Ribera Beach Resort.

The location is second to none, with fine beaches just 100 yards (at your back door).

The restaurants, tapas bars and shops are all within walking distance. You can walk along the espalande taking you into the beautiful Spanish Town of Los Alcazares with 8 tapas bars on route - 10 - 30 mintues walk. The land adjacent to the beach, and surrounding the complex is waiting landscaping.

These luxurious apartments, built to a very high standard with polished marble floors, vanity units in bathrooms, and fully modern integrated kitchens, combined with terraces with wooden pagodas and lush green gardens lined with palm trees, makes this a real pleasurable place to frequent. The apartments themselves are built around the shared pool. There is underground secure parking, although you may not need your car during our stay as you can walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops.

The first phase of the this complex was complete in February 2006, with other phases to follow.

Second Apartment - Polhill 3 bed
