Overview

A modern, light and spacious fully furnished detached town house in a peaceful location on a small private community with electric gates for access and security. It has its own private south facing garden and patio overlooking the landscaped communal garden, swimming pool and BBQ area with table tennis.



The house extends over 3 floors with a sun terrace on each floor. The ground floor consists of a spacious lounge with fireplace, with doors opening to an outdoor dining and lounge area and private garden.



Whilst in a peaceful location,It is only a 5 minute drive to Puerto Banus and its shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, and 10 minutes to Marbella. Set in the heart of the stunning Golf Valley, it is a perfect location for a holiday whether it be for golfing or a family or group holiday.



There are six championship golf courses near the house - Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha, Guadalmina, Los Arqueros and many more further along the coast. The casino is 5 minutes away. A large selection of watersports includes diving, cable skiing, jet skiing, kite surfing, etc. Further activities include 2 aqua parks, Tivoli children's park, Selwo adventure park, Seaworld, zoo, boat trips, horse riding, etc. There are historical sites at Ronda, Mijas and Gibraltar, all about 40 minutes drive away.
