Overview

The Master Bedroom is en-suite and has patio doors that lead to the terrace. The large terrace is ideal for relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying cocktails. There is also a twin bedroom which also leads onto its own private small terrace
Airconditioned throughout, cool for the summer and warm for the winter. There are two large sofas to relax on and watch your favourite UK on a large flat screen TV which shows Satellite channels. There is also a DVD player and a PS2 for your enjoyment.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the amienities you would expect including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The terrace is South West facing and enjoys the sun all day until early evening. The swimming pool is found in the landscaped gardens with distant sea views.

Located in Nueva Andalucia next to the 'Turtle Lake`just a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus The lake provides a sanctuary for many forms of wildlife, notably the turtles which thrive there, herons, ducks and many more.



Nearby Puerto Banus, is the place to be pampered and see the fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. Try the nightlife at a choice of alfesco bars, piano clubs and nightclubs whilst during the day this is a shoppers paradise with several of the worlds renowned fashion houses.

Fashionable Marbella is a 10 minute drive away with its great shopping and restaurants in the narrow streets of the historical Old Town. The beaches are excellent and the promenade stretches for miles where there are many good places to eat and drink.



San Pedro, an unspoilt charming Spanish town is just a 5 minute drive away, here you will find traditional shops, sidewalk cafes and excellent tapas bars. A short walk down the main promenade takes you to the golden beaches and several chiringuitos (beach bars).
