Delightful two bedroom self catering holiday rental villa with shared pool and gardens. Quiet Location, yet only 7 minutes Walk to Burriana Beach with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants


This spacious privately owned self catering holiday villa accommodation comprises a large lounge with satellite TV and leading to a south facing terrace with table and chairs for Al Fresco dining, overlooking the communal pool and gardens and with wonderful views of the mountains.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine etc. Also on this level is a shower room/wc perfect for those making use of the double sofa bed in the lounge.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, the master having double bed, fitted wardrobes and leading to a south facing balcony terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds fitted wardrobes and beautiful mountain views. There is a further fully fitted bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower. From the landing stairs lead to a superb roof terrace with sun beds, shower, BBQ and table and chairs for Al Fresco dining enjoying views across Nerja.
This villa also has a one bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 4, which subject to availability can be rented separately or combined with the villa
