A 2 bedroom apartment with its own ground floor entrance and a great position on the eastern side of Nerja. Only a few minutes drive or 15 minutes stroll from the famous Burriana Beach with it's bars and restaurants. The property is in a quiet residential area and on street parking is available next to it.

Vinamar is a small urbanisation which has its own communal garden and swimming pool. This property has a good position near the beach, with a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. The apartment has a living room with patio doors to a spacious south west facing balcony terrace with views to the communal pool. Off the living room is a well equipped fitted kitchen. There are two good sized bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bathroom. Downstairs there is a sitting room with 4 relaxer chairs and TV with many English channels. CAR HIRE RECOMMENDED
