Overview

The villa has a unique, modern design and is built on 2 levels. In the living / dining room you will find a wood burning stove for the cooler days in off-season, 2 sofas, dining table for 6, satellite tv and video. The fully equipped and independent kitchen has a hob w/ 4 rings, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The three bedrooms consist of one double and two twins. On each floor you'll find a full bathroom for shared use.

Location & area

Situated just off the main road to Frigiliana and only a 5 minute drive from Nerja (2 kms), the villa enjoys well kept gardens with a fish pond and a private swimming pool (8x5 mts) surrounded by a laid to lawn area. The different terrace and balconies offer lovely views over the surrounding valley out to the Mediterranean and a barbecue is provided for your alfresco dinners. It's location is peaceful and perfect for a day trip to the historic cities of Andalusia, like Málaga, Granada or Antequera. If you prefer nature and villages where time stands still, then don't hesitate to visit the white villages of Axarquia area or the Alpujarra mountain range. Please note: small children will need careful supervision due to the number of balconies and unprotected roads.
