Overview

A delightful 2 bedroomed property situated in the beautifel Oasis de Capistrano. The villa has newly installed air conditioning .Both bedrooms having en-suite facilities. The double bedroom has French windows leading to the very large terrace. There is a small laundry room off the hall which has washing machine, wash basin and toilet.
The lounge/dining room is very spacious. There is cable TV and DVD player. The lounge has full size French windows leading to the very large, private terrace.
The kitchen is well eqipped with fitted modern units, dishwasher, built-in microwave, build-in electric oven and ceramic hob, large size fridge freezer and all necessary kitchen equipment.
The private terrace is not overlooked,there are sunloungers, table and chairs, a wonderful setting in which to enjoy the all day sunshine. There is a shaded area if required. A spiral staircase leads to a roof terrace to catch the late evening sunshine. Wonderful sea and mountain views.
A very popular villa - early booking advisable. There are 2 swimming pools and a childrens pool on site , also 2 restaurants.
Taxi transfers from the airport can be arranged if required.

Situated in the delightful Oasis de Capistrano. The Oasis gardens are filled with colour all year round. A few minute walk to the lovely Burriand Beach with its large variety of restaurants , bars and even a small supermarket.

The town is within easy reach.The famous Nerja caves are just three kilometers away near the famous Moorish Aqueduct.This is a beautiful part of the Costa del Sol where you can enjoy good weather all year round.
