Beautiful apartment 300 m. to Burriana Beach and 15 minutes to the town centre, in a nice complex. The apartment is on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and other with twin beds), 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and other with shower), lounge-dining room with ceiling fan and cable tv. and fully fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, vitroceramic, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cofee pot and kitchen utils. 2 terraces (one on the dining room and other in the master bedroom, both sout-west facing, with little see views). Communal swimming pool (for children and adults) and gardens. Bed linen and towels included but not weekly cleaning.
