Overview

Close to the Hotel Monica/ Perla Marina area this new apartment
is on the 2nd floor. Situated only a minutes walk from the beach
and only a few minutes walk into the centre of Nerja.
This apartment is very well fitted out with new furniture.
There is a communal swimming pool within the grounds.
Lounge/Dining area has sofa, rocking chair and
cable tv inc some English channels and a dining table & 4 chairs.
From the lounge there are patio doors onto a south
facing terrace with a patio table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen has electric hob and oven, washing machine,
fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and built
in wardrobes with plenty of drawer space. Second bedroom
the same but with twin beds. There is a full bathroom that
consists of a bath with over head shower, wash hand basin and wc.
