Overview

Lovely apartments in the town center. Small building just 5 minutes walking to the beach and Balcon de Europa, in the old town center, in a beautiful pedestrian street. The building has 4 apartments with 1 bedroom on the first floor and 2 communal roof terraces, with tables, chairs, parasols and beautiful views to the town, the mountains and the sea. The apartments are first class and consist on american kitchen with small fridge, hob with 2 fires, microwave/grill, cofee pot, toaster and kitchen utils, bathroom with bath, 1 bedroom with twin beds and lounge/dining room with sofa bed, air conditioned/central heating and Cable TV (with 3 english channels: BBC, CNN and SKY News). There are a communal laundry room with 1 washing machine (on asking). Bed linen and towels included but not weekly cleaning.
