Overview

This brand new for 2004 apartment is situated 2nd line to the famous
Burriana Beach. This apartment is ideal for families who wish to be close to
the beach and all amenities. The apartment is on the second floor and there
is a good sized terrace hosting patio
table and chairs and 2 sunbeds. The terrace is facing east-south and there
are sea views. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self
catering holidays and has a fridge freezer, oven, hob, coffee maker,
toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge dining room is furnished
to a comfortable standard with sofa, chair, dining table that seats up to 4
people and TV. Sliding patio doors leading to the east-south facing terrace
(with sea views). There are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twins), fitted
wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath
with over head shower, wash hand basin, bidet, and wc. Bed linen and towels
included but not weekly cleaning.
