An stunning 3 bedroom villa of the highest standard with private pool in an elevated position above Nerja. It has breathtaking views to the sea and mountains. Fully air-conditioned and central heating-charged.

The villa is located a 5minute drive up from the coastal road of Nerja. This is just 10 minutes drive from the town centre. The villa is designed over three floors with a twin bedroom; shower room, kitchen and lounge-dining room on the ground floor. Wide marble stairs lead up to the twin and double bedroom which has its own balcony, and 2 large bathrooms. The stairs lead down to large lower level with multi purpose room, able to sleep 4 children.
The large terrace is southeast facing enjoying a sunny view all day. A lovely 5x4 metre pool provides the perfect place to cool down whilst admiring the stunning views. There is also an outside table with seating for 6. The property is airconditioned and centrally heated through out - suppliments apply. CAR HIRE NECESSARY
