This apartment is approached via a number of external steps. On entering you find yourself in a spacious hall way with access to a twin bedroom and bathroom. A featured round staircase leads to the upstairs living accommodation. There is a large lounge / dining room with an American style modern kitchen with patio doors leading to a large south facing terrace with excellent views to the beach and over the urbanisation with its tropical garden fountains and ornamental waterfalls. NOT SUITABLE FOR THE LESS MOBILE
