A nicely furnished 1 bedroom penthouse apartment in the very popular area of Capistrano, which enjoys a peaceful setting within beautifully manicured gardens and 2 communal pools. There are a number of bars and restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
SITUATION
Capistrano Village is one of the most popular residential holiday areas on the eastern side of Nerja. Burriana Beach is easily reached by car or within 20 mi walking distance. If you prefer there is a good bus service which takes you to the beach or into the centre of Nerja. The property is near the end of a quiet street with no through traffic and on street parking. The communal pools are in a large garden and less than a 5 min walk away. There is also a tennis court.
DESCRIPTION
This is a high quality, modern, furnished property which has a living room with doors to a sunny, south facing terrace. There is an open plan kitchen, one twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. The lounge also has 2 sofa beds. Strictly non smoking.
