A lovely 2 bedroom apartment in an exclusive complex of 12 properties located next to Capistrano Village on the East side of Nerja town centre. The property overlooks the large communal pool and has fantastic views to mountains and the sea in the distance.

This bright and spacious apartment is stylishly furnished and has air-conditioning / heating throughout. It has a good sized living room with two sofas, TV with many English channels including BBC and ITV, a dining table and chairs and a modern, open plan kitchen. Doors open from the living room onto a large south facing terrace overlooking the communal pool which can be accessed via a short flight of stairs from the terrace.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with patio doors leading onto the terrace. There is one bathroom with bath and shower.

Parking is approx 100 metres from the apartment. The town centre and beaches are just a few minutes drive and a small selection of bars and restaurants can be found only a short walk away in Capistrano Village.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
