A very attractive 2 bedroom townhouse with sea views in a quiet residential and holiday area about a mile west of Nerja and a 5 minute stroll to the beach. The town of Nerja is a 25 minute stroll or a short bus ride away. There is also a communal pool is only a short walk away from Casa Annabel.

The property is in a quiet residential area just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Also within a few minutes walk is a bus stop but the walk into town can be taken by way of the beach. The communal swimming pool, gardens, bar and restaurant are within walking distance. Casa Annabel has a sitting and dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The master bedroom which is a double, has a balcony with sea views. There is also a twin bedroom. Patio doors open onto the pretty terrace where there are steps down to the private garden.
