This end villa is set out over two levels and includes on the access level, entrance hall, very modern well equipped kitchen, w.c, living/dining room with direct access to the patio with views to the sea. Stairs lead down to two bedrooms ( one has its own small balcony ), and a very spacious, modern bathroom.

SITUATION

Urbanisation Chimenea is on the Eastern side of Nerja, the property is in a quiet setting and is only a few minutes walk away downhill to the beach and approximately a further 15 minutes walk from Burriana up to the town. There is a communal pool located in the nearby urbanisation of Capistrano Playa which is available to those who hire sun beds and purchase food and drinks.
