Set in a small, picturesque plaza a few steps above a cul-de-sac, this village house is accessed via a wide, arched entry with security gate and intercom, leading to a private and shady covered courtyard looking out over the cobbled plaza. Tiled steps curve attractively through the little garden to the house, which is located at the top of the peaceful urbanisation. The property enjoys fantastic views over the sea, the countryside and the surrounding mountains, especially from the lovely roof terrace which is secluded and backs on to open countryside with olive trees rising up the hill. A superb and well-equipped property that really provides everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable and memorable.10 minutes walk to the beach and approx 20 minutes walk along a coastal path into town.
