Overview

Situated on the 1st floor of this small well-maintained block, the apartment faces south. It has good quality, comfortable furnishings throughout. There is a splendid communal roof terrace with a swimming pool that has fantastic views of the sea, coast and mountains. The Carabeo area is very sought after and offers a good range of restaurants, bars and shops - all within strolling distance of the apartment - so a car is not necessary. However, there is ample parking adjacent to the apartment building if you are using a car. The apartment is 2 minutes walking to the beach and 5 minutes walking to the town centre.

One Double, One with bunker beds, lounge/Dining Room with Sofa Bed, fully Fitted Kitchen area with Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Iron/Board, Washing Machine, Satelite TV, Bathroom with Shower, South Facing Balcony with a little Sea Views, Communal Rooftop Pool with Sun Terrace, Lift Service.
