Overview

Situated in the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador de Turismo. The complex is only 2 minutes walk to the beach and a pleasant 5 minutes walk to the town centre.
The penthouse is in a 2º floor (no lift) and comprises a comfortable, bright, airy lounge/dining room with Cable T.V. and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the south facing terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. There are two bedrooms (1 with double bed and other with twins beds) with fitted wardrobes. The 2 en-suite bathrooms are fully fitted including a shower. The apartment has a large roof terrace with sea and mountains views, bbq and garden furniture (the access is with an spiral staircase).
There are ceiling funs and electric heaters in all the rooms. Bed linen and towels included but not weekly cleaning.

Alcazaba complex has a communal pool and gardens and is just 2 minutes away from a supermarket, bars and restaurants.
