There are 3 bedrooms, 3 luxurious bathrooms and there is air conditioning throughout. This exquisite residence is beautifully decorated & furnished with a mixture of contempoary and antique pieces.

Because this home is built into the hillside, you enter on the main floor where there is a bedroom, bathroom and the main living area. An entire wall of the salon opens on to a south facing balcony which has comfortable cane and rattan furniture. The views from this elevated position are simply the best in Nerja! The kitchen and the dining area both open on to a side terrace where just a few steps down there is an 'al fresco' dining terrace. The main terrace and private pool are few steps down from this. Downstairs, there are a further two luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms and the master bedroom and the third bedroom also open directly on to the lower pool terrace.

This home is fully equipped including full digital satelite TV receiving all the UK terrestrial stations, BBC 1& 2, ITV 1, C4 & C5, in addition to the usual satelite channels, in both the salon and the master bedroom. Each room has its own airconditioning casette and each is individually operated by a remote control provided in each room.

This is simply one of the best properties in Nerja and has been decorated and furnished with no expense spared in any area!
