Overview

This excellent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor apartmnent is located on Penoncillo Playa on the outskirts of Torrox Costa. Offering both sea and mountain views.
The apartment comes fully equipped with all the latest mod cons and offers a balcony large enough for an evening meal al fresco while listening to the waves break.
The lounge comes with an air conditioning unit with heat pump, ceiling fan, television, Playstation2, hi-fi unit, dining table and chairs for 6, double sofa bed and 2 matching chairs, coffee table and side unit. There is also a Sky digibox. Bring your Sky card with you and you can have all of your home comforts.
The kitchen is fully fitted with granite work surfaces and american breakfast bar, fitted ceramic hob, oven, cooker hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster,and kettle. There is a small utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes airer.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, side tables and lamps, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, sliding doors onto a small balcony and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, side tables and lamps, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, sliding doors, and en-suite bathroom.
Both bedrooms have electric heaters for use during winter lets.
There is a communal rooftop pool and extensive sunbathing terrace.
