MBCAR Self catering rental apartment NerjaThis well appointed, newly refurbished, self catering holiday rental apartment enjoys one of the most sought after positions in Nerja. Being at the Burriana end of Calle Carabeo it is just a few minutes level stroll to the Balcon de Europa and is opposite the steps leading down to Playas Carabeillo and Burriana.
This top (4th) floor apartment has magnificent sea and mountain views from inside or from the terrace. The stunning sea views are directly out above the Carabeillo viewpoint which is enjoyed by so many as they stroll into Calle Carabeo, Nerja’s oldest street. Our pictures below give you a feeling for the view you can take in whilst breakfasting or taking a drink out on your terrace.
The apartment comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. One with en suite complete bathroom and one with en suite shower room. Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels).
The fully integrated kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob plus built-in microwave.
The lounge is bright and spacious with comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a separate dining area with table and chairs. There is English satellite tv and large ceiling fan. The terrace has double glazed, sliding doors allowing it to be fully open or closed to form part of the lounge and dining area.
The building itself has two elevators, secure parking and porter service. There is also a roof terrace for sunbathing in addition to the well maintained communal gardens with palm trees for shade. There is a good size communal pool for the exclusive use of guests (closed in winter).

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
