The location is the best in Nerja as it has coffee shops, restaurants, grocery shops and the beach on its doorstep yet when you enter the garden through the electronic gates you enter an oasis of peace and tranquillity with only the sounds of the birds and the occasional jingle of the horse and carriages bells as it travels on its journey on the street outside.
The townhouse has marble floors throughout and is on 3 levels. The bedroom windows have lovely wooden Shutters and both have views.

Ground Floor
The GROUND FLOOR has a lounge, dining area, guest toilet and modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Double doors lead onto a south-west terrace and on down to the communal pool and garden.

First Floor
The FIRST FLOOR has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both have sliding doors and window shutter leading to a small balcony. The master bedroom has a lovely view of the communal garden and the second bedroom has views of the mountains and sea.

Third level
The THIRD LEVEL has a south-west terrace with garden view and a second terrace on the street side with sea and mountain views.
