On the first floor, the apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and other with twin beds), 1 bathroom with bath, equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, hob, washing machine and kitchen utils, lounge-dining room with cable tv and a west facing terrace overlooking the street.

The complex has a very large communal roof terrace with incredible views to the sea and to the town and a beautiful swimming pool and gardens, by the sea, with magnific views to the beach. Bed linen and towels included but not weekly cleaning.
