The accommodation is all on one level, and comprises of a spacious living room with comfortable furnishings, and a feature open fire place.

The separate dining room has an archway to the fully fitted kitchen area, which is fitted with: -

Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob set in an island unit.


There are two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.


Entertainment is provided in the lounge by a Satellite TV, DVD Player and Stereo system.


Outdoors

Double patio doors from the dining room lead to a spacious covered terrace equipped with patio furniture and a Barbeque.

Take in the magnificent sea views whilst enjoying a true 'Alfresco' dining experience.

Steps from the covered terrace lead down to the beautiful, well kept gardens and lawns that surround the 7m x 4m pool with outside shower.

Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided.


The villa is in an enclosed plot with good privacy all round.

Location & area

The popular sandy 'Burriana' beach with its beach-side restaurants can be reached by way of a lift some 50m away. The centre of Nerja with its many fine restaurants, shops and the famous 'Balcon de Europa' are just a few minutes drive away.
