Overview

Carabeo 60, No.3c is a modernised and 3rd (top) floor 3 bedroom apartment, in simply the very best location in Nerja.


However, it should be borne in mind that there is no lift/elevator although the stairs are not at all steep.


Perched on the cliff top and enjoying unrivaled panoramic views, this apartment is just a quiet and level 3 minute stroll from the Balcon de Europa - the heart of Nerja.


There is pretty and quite secluded beach below which is accessed by some steps about 20 metres along the road, whilst a pathway bordering this beach leads to the Burriana Beach.


The salon leads through lovely sliding glass doors on to a south facing balcony, which looks out directly over the sea, and along the spectacular coastline beyond.

There is also a luxurious full bathroom (with shower).


Just outside the rear kitchen door there is a small second WC cubicle.


Satellite TV (BBC World) and a wood burning stove complete the installations.


Highly recommended if location and view are high on your list for a 3 bedroom apartment!

The Nerja caves are one of the biggest attractions in Spain, they are on the out-skirts of Nerja near the village of Maro and are served by a regular bus. Nerja's charm comes from its narrow winding streets, many restaurants, superb shops, tapas on the Balcon de Europa, watching the world go by.Burriana beach, near by, hosts an enormous paella over an open fire.
