Accommodation in Fuentes de Nerja Apt D JSFU2This attractive air-conditioned apartment enjoys beautiful west-facing views over the Mediterranean Sea and a tranquil plaza area. It is comprehensively equipped with all necessary items and is maintained to a very high standard, well above the norm for rented accommodation. The sea views are west-facing so you will enjoy the afternoon and evening sun when sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Fuentes de Nerja is a centrally situated private complex overlooking Nerja's Torrecilla Beach. This area is fast becoming as popular as that of Burriana Beach, with the added advantage of being only a few minutes' stroll from the town centre. A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike.

The Fuentes development is a moderately-sized complex of low rise one and two bedroom apartments, located within a safe gated area, complete with gardens, fountains and a large communal pool surrounded by grass. Each building is served by a lift, making it suitable for children, the elderly or the disabled, although there is no wheelchair access as such.

The accommodation is made up of a twin master bedroom, a second twin bedroom and two bathrooms. Kitchen facilities include cooker, microwave, oven and washing machine. The spacious dinning/lounge opens out onto a comfortable west-facing terrace, where you will enjoy the afternoon and evening sun, and spend many happy hours gazing over a charming plaza area of restaurants and gardens as well as taking in the magnificent sea views.
