Fercomar are newly built apartments, built especially for holiday rentals. They are situated 80 metres from the beach of Torrecilla, and 4 minutes walk from the famous "Balcon de Europa". They consist of 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, living/dining room with sofa, table and chairs and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Terrace with table and chairs. Communal Pool. Garage available for rent for 50 euros per week. Bed linen and towels changed weekly.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
