Edificio Rocamar represents an ideal location from which to explore the traditional side of Nerja being extremely well placed for the beach atmosphere and heart of Nerja. A few minutes stroll leads to the Balcon de Europa, whilst 100 metres in the opposite direction is found stepped access to Nerja's longest and much celebrated Burriana beach with its many water sport facilities.

This newly refurbished apartment is presented to a high standard. One double bedroom, lounge with dining area, satellite TV, Video and CD player. Fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

There is a long balcony with side sea view and access from both the bedroom and living room. A communal swimming pool is available April to October.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
