Holiday rents Nerja - Edificio Carabeo 1 no.18 ISCAR18This low rise apartment complex is located right next door to Verde Mar apartments, a wonderfully convenient location in Nerja, right above the west end of the Burriana Beach and only a few minutes easy stroll to the centre of town and the Balcon de Europa. Some of the apartments have open balconies and some have been closed in with lovely large windows and the salon extended out onto them.

The apartments are nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchens are well appointed.

Net weekly rental rates include beginning and end of rental cleaning, weekly provision of freshly laundered towels and sheets, electricity, gas and maintenance.

Carabeo I is ideally situated being a quiet, level and pleasant 5 minute walk from The Balcon de Europa, the centre of Nerja. The Burriana Beach is accessed down some steps almost opposite. There is a washing machine and TV. There is a parking garage for guests underneath the complex.
