This is an imposing 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment in an attractively designed new area just to the west of the centre of Nerja. The Balcon de Europa and all of the Nerja night life is about 7 or 8 minutes easy stroll or just 2 or 3 minutes by car.

The Torrecilla Beach is very close by and there is a pool at Edificio Chaparil. The entire apartment is well built, nicely furnished and there is a bright and airy atmosphere throughout. A particular feature here is the westerly facing balcony which has been enclosed but with fully opening windows and provides an ideal sun trap all year round. There is satelite TV and a washing machine installed.
