This large detached self catering Nerja villa is located close to the athletics ground on the East side of Nerja Town. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away and Burriana beach can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes downhill. The town centre is approximately 15 minutes walk away. In an elevated position this villa enjoys stunning views, with the added advantage of having all of the towns amenities easily accessible.
The spacious accommodation is spread over two floors. The ground floor comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen and utility room, bathroom, lounge/dining room, large covered terrace with dining area. The first floor has three large bedrooms and bathroom. Two of the bedrooms lead directly on to a very large terrace with magnificent views to the sea and mountains The lounge leads to terrace areas and the private pool with sun beds, table and chairs and BBQ. The villa enjoys the sun all day and has off street private parking.
