Overlooking the El Playazo beach there is nothing else to see other than the sand and the deep blue sea. With the fully folding double glazed doors open you can really appreciate the south facing views. The apartment building is set within it's own private courtyard, adjacent to the 5 star Perla Marina Hotel.
Ideally located just 5 minutes walk from the main shopping area of Nerja, which includes many cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as a large open air market each Tuesday. There are also two large supermarkets nearby. The beautiful old town with its many shops, restaurants and bars is a 10 minute pleasant walk away and surrounds the Balcon de Europa, with its famous views of the coast and mountains. The atmosphere here is lively and great fun, with live music and street entertainment to keep you entertained! Nearby, within easy reach by car or public transport, are the Caves of Nerja, the delightful village of Frigiliana and two aqua parks (15kms away), so there is plenty to do and see. The apartment is only two minutes away from the blue flag Torrecilla Beach, with its clear blue water or if you prefer, there is access to a tree lined private pool overlooking the beach.
Nerja area:-
Nerja is on the seashore some 50 kilometres from M�laga on the N340 coastal highway. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000.
Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.There are plenty of restaurants and cafes here to choose from, and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corner of the town
Nerja's most spectacular attraction is undoubtedly its fascinating caves, located just three kilometres from the centre of town.One of the enormous natural caverns has been transformed into a concert hall, where many performances are staged during the summer. Nerja offers some of the best opportunities for a wide range of a recreation and sports. Golf, Horseriding,Tennis,Walking, Mountain Climbing are only a few selections to choose from. Every Sunday morning there is a car boot sale and every Tuesday a lokal market.
However, the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcon de Europa, the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains.
