Overview

Open plan living, and a wide dining balcony, mean superb panoramic sea views and amazing sunsets for you to enjoy.

The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with a modern built in oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave with grill, iron, kettle etc.

The apartment is all-electric, including the hot water storage tank.

The recently refurbished bathroom has: bath with shower, toilet, washbasin and a new automatic washing machine.

Both bedrooms are twin bedded and have plenty of wardrobe space.

The large lounge has dining area, with comfortable bamboo style furniture, and a relaxing settee and easy chair.

Also a satellite TV, with at the last count more than 20 English speaking channels, is in the lounge so you needn't miss your favourite programmes.

The apartment block is approached via outside steps down to the front entrance.

To reach the apartment there are easy stairs and a lift.

With no roads to cross between you and the un-commercialised El Playazo beach,this could be the relaxing holiday you have been looking for.

The nearby adjoining Torrecilla beach has a beautiful palm fringed promenade with some lovely restaurants,and this is where our swimming pool is - about 60 meters from the apartment with no roads to cross.
