This is a newly built block and apartment which was finished in 2003 and has been furnished and finished with the utmost detail and luxury, situated near the Parador Hotel in the quieter area of Nerja. This luxury penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms and is on the top floor of a two story block. There is a double with en-suite shower room & two twin bedrooms, built in wardrobes. There is also a separate bathroom, which has a bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The lounge/dining room has sofas, television (with English channels) plus a DVD player & dining table. This room leads onto a large balcony which is equipped with outside table & chairs, and gets the afternoon and evening sun.
