Casa Feliz is a lovely apartment that has been totally refurbished to a very high standard.

As you enter through the door you get the feel of a brand new apartments as everything has been replaced.

The owner has spared nothing in getting it to a standard that is acceptable in the modern world.


The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas with modern furniture and satelitte TV, DVD, CD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern equipment and lighting.

Through a modern sliding door leads you on to the terrace.


As this apartment is situated on the third floor you are greeted by panoramic views over Nerja and Almijara's communal pool.

The terrace has table & chairs to relax with and enjoy the afternoon sun.

There are two bedrooms with one twin and the other has a gigantic King-Size bed, and are kept cool in the Summer by ceiling fans.

Almijara is located with all the convenience of the town, and only 10 min walk to the famous Burriana Beach.

The pool is large with plenty of grass areas to sun-bath by. Due to the quality of decor in this Casa Feliz, children under 10 years are not allowed.



Nerja
