Overview

As this is a top floor penthouse apartment it boasts a magnificent large roof terrace (41sq m).

Here you have total privacy, as you relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture, enjoy a tasty BBQ with it's new modern gas BBQ, wine & dine as you watch the sunset over the panoramic views.

The lounge has a sofa/cama bed so can sleep a third person, also a modern clean cot and high chair supplied free upon request.

The lounge opens out through the sliding doors to another smaller terrace with table and chairs.

The dining area seats four persons, and the modern fitted kitchen has all the modern appliances, including a dishwasher.

The lounge is full of character with a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace above.

The bedroom comprises of a double bed with the bathroom ensuite.

Ceiling fan for those warm Summer nights.

This is an ideal apartment for anyone who wants to be close to all beaches and the town centre, yet needs to have the peace and privacy of a top floor apartment.

Nerja is regarded as one of the most attractive resorts in Andalucia offering a spectacular coastline with numerous beaches and rocky coves. Burianna beach is the largest of the beaches offering a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Centered around the focal point of the town, The Balcon de Europa with stunning views along the ragged coastline, are a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Enjoy an evening walk around the cobbled streets lined with small shops, pavement cafes and many restaurants. Further afield, there are acres of Andalucian countryside to explore. Just along the coast, east of Nerja is the small village of Maro where several small coves can be reached by narrow footpaths and set back further inland is the beautiful natural park area of Rio de la Miel, also known as the Honey River.
