Overview

The whole property has been completely refurbished by the owners to a high standard.

The accommodation is made up of a double master bedroom with ensuite shower room, and two twin bedrooms with a second bathroom.

The kitchen facilities include a cooker, microwave, washing machine, while the spacious dining/lounge area has a fireplace, and offers satellite TV and a CD player as entertainment.

The dining/lounge area opens out onto a large private terrace with patio furniture as well as a built in BBQ.

There is an additional terrace off the master bedroom with sun beds.

The terrace has good views of the development and pool below.

The communal pool is surrounded by lawn and gardens and is for the exclusive use of the 15 apartments in this small complex.

Location & area

The town of Nerja is a small, old fishing village that has kept it's old charm, with small narrow streets and many cheap restaurants in the town centre. The area has a very nice climate all year round, which makes it perfect for holidays. It also has much to offer in terms of sight-seeing the famous Nerja caves and the historic village of Frigiliana are only a short drive from burriana.

Burriana Beach itself is only a 15 walk from the centre of Nerja and boasts a wealth of varied bars and restaurants which all welcome children.
