The apartment is laid out over 3 floors plus a roof terrace.


Three bedrooms, three bathrooms - a lovely modern, fully equipped kitchen and an entertainment centre with flat screen satellite TV and DVD & CD player.


The many fans capture the sea breezes and, along with the shutters, create a cool atmosphere.


There is a small community pool and a private parking space for one vehicle.

On the ground floor is one bedroom and a powder room (sink and toilet).


The first floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a third bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.

The second floor (third level) has the kitchen, diningroom and salon with access to a balcony furnished with patio furniture.


The roof terrace is accessed by a metal ladder and is not suitable for children or the elderly.
