This is a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom en-suite, shower room, kitchen, lounge, terrace.


The apartment is on the first floor, but as it is built on a hill, the view from the balcony is more panoramic.


The urbanisation has a lift as well as a communal swimming pool and garden.
