Carabeo 70 is the top apartment of a 2 storey converted home. Carabeo is the best street in Nerja. In the centre of town and close to everything, in an elevated position on top of a small cliff.

Overview

This home is on the south side of the street, and so the terrace and bedrooms look directly out over the sea, and the rugged and spectacular coastline.


The view is simply breathtaking and the ambience is enhanced by the sound of the waves breaking on the small beach below.


ACCOMMODATION: -

It has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a balcony on the first level with patio furniture.


A marble spiral staircase leads up to a marvelous full roof terrace, complete with BBQ, lounge chairs, shower and amazing views.


It has recently been refurbished and is wonderfully decorated and a safe has been added for your convenience.


The property has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave.

The property is open plan and is beautifully decorated, the living area has Satellite TV.


There is a balcony overlooking the sea and Playa Carabeo, and there are steps down to the beach outside the entrance.


The centre of Nerja with its many shops and restaurants is only a few minutes stroll away.
