Overview

Situated in the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador de Turismo.
The complex is only 2 minutes walk to the Burriana or Carabeo beach and a pleasant 5 minutes walk to the town centre.
The penthouse is in a 2º floor (no lift) and comprises a comfortable, bright, airy lounge/dining room with Cable T.V. and DVD and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the south facing terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. There are two bedrooms (1 with double bed and other with twins beds) with fitted wardrobes.
The 2 en-suite bathrooms are fully fitted including a shower.
The apartment has a large roof terrace with sea and mountains views, bbq and garden furniture (the access is with an spiral staircase).
There are ceiling fans and electric heaters in all the rooms.

Alcazaba complex has a communal pool and gardens and is just 2 minutes away from a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Bed linen and towels included but not weekly cleaning.
