Our townhouse has:
3 bedrooms with Spanish style white fitted wardrobes, and is suitable for four adults and two children
A large white fitted kitchen equipped to a high standard containing new washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, iron, coffee maker etc. All electric, so no gas bottles!
An open compact lounge and dining area, with two new leather settee's.
The lounge leads out into the small garden patio.
Fully equipped with Sky television, CD player, DVD player, board games and books.
Marble floors and stairs.
A bathroom with bidet, toilet and shower on the first floor and a guest toilet on the ground floor.
Free standing fans in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms.
Garden patio furnished with table and 6 chairs, barbecue and awnings for shade.
The roof terrace has two sun-beds and chairs, partial sea view, drying facilities, and awnings.
A private small communal swimming pool within the small complex for residents and guests use only. (only filled in the summer months)

About Nerja
Nerja / Parador-Carabeo area
Cave of Nerja 2-3km away, street market on Tuesday, donkey / animal sanctuary, diving centre at Burriana beach, personal massage on beach, street artists, horse and carriage rides plus train rides at the Balcon main square. Nerja is best known for great restaurants, drink and watching the world go by.
16th -17th Jan = San Anton, February 3 days of festivities and carnival parade, March / April holy week Easter, May 3rd Cruces de Maro, May 15th San Isidro procession from Nerja to Caves dress up and dance, June 23rd San Juan beach barbeque plus midnight swim, July 16th Virgen del Carmen the virgin is carried through Nerja to beach and out on fishing boat, July Festival del la Queva flamenco & classical music in caves
The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja boasts one of the best climates in Europe and has grown from a small fishing town into a lively bustling holiday resort but has still retained much of its old charm with small narrow streets that all lead to the famous Balcon De Eurpopa which, during most months of the year plays host to a number of street artists. It is lined with Palm Trees and has a good selection of street cafes in which to sit out at and soak up the atmosphere. From here you can also take a horse and carriage tour of the town.
Nearby in the small village of Maro there are the very famous Nerja Caves which are a must for all visitors and whilst driving there you pass the old viaduct and be on the look out for the oxen working in the fields.
Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar are all within easy reach for a day trip out and bookable locally.
